Well, it is t-minus one day to T-Day!  It is technically Wednesday now, the day before Thanksgiving.  I thought I would have it all under control, however...

 

Reece has been running a high fever for two days.  Alicia went to bed with an upset stomach.  The house is a disaster and I haven't started the desserts yet.

 

Actually, it sounds rather typical for the Luccketta household.

 

Karnette's wedding was beautiful; she was a gorgeous bride.  It went perfectly and we had a really great time.  All of our hard work was completely worth it.  I am so happy for her!!

 

Alicia's birthday was yesterday (Tuesday).  She turned 9.  I cannot believe that my baby girl is 9 years old!!  Oh my!  We had a western-themed party for her on Sunday, complete with pony rides.  She and her friends were all so excited!  In fact, it was the first time on a horse for a few of them.  I have already informed her that we won't be able to top it next year, haha.  So much fun!

 

When I have a bit more time I will post some pictures.  For now, though, I must get some rest.
